Our breadth of knowledge and experience adds to our ability to offer a rounded and comprehensive service that draws upon prevailing good practice across all sectors.
Governance is high on the agenda in all sectors. Better governed organisations are more likely to succeed in achieving their goals, securing resources and meeting the needs of their beneficiaries. In the Third Sector, this has become a critical feature for funding bodies and donors when releasing funds to the third sector. Good governance ensures that funds and resources are utilised effectively and efficiently. Donors need to be assured that those charged governance understand their responsibilities and can effectively discharge their explicit and implicit duties. Good Governance Code The Good Governance code for the voluntary and community sector, published in 2005 and successfully promoted by the National Governance Hub, sets out seven key principles of good governance. We can help implement these principles, so that trustees can satisfy many of their legal and moral obligations and duties relating to governance. Added Benefits to You

This breadth of knowledge and experience adds to our ability to offer a rounded and comprehensive service that draws upon prevailing good practice across all sectors. As a firm we are committed to our corporate social responsibility, not just in words and intent but also through action.
